  • Avoid periodic reports- people tend to ignore routine periodic reports.

Conventions Used to Estimate Progress on Tasks ( and cost allocation)

this means a task is considered 50% complete when task started and other 50% added when task finished
100%
n100% complete when finished and zero percent before that
